Cancellation Policy

​Our goal is to provide quality health care to all our patients. 

No-shows and cancellations adversely affects the running of the clinic and inconveniences other patients who might be in pain and need to be seen.

New patient appointments and MSK appointments

All appointments for New patients and MSK appointments are pre-paid

Money is refundable for a cancellation or the appointment can be moved up to 24 hours before

Current patients

If you cancel late or are a no show we may charge you for the appointment or ask you to pay ahead for your next one with the understanding that it will be non refundable if cancelled late or another no-show

There may be exceptions to this dependant on personal circumstances and we recommend discussing any issues with attending appointments with the clinician.

 

 A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointed time.

A no-show is when a patient misses an appointment without cancelling. 

 

In either case, we reserve the right to charge the patient the full appointment fee.

 

If you are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment (or 5 minutes for a short appointment) we will not be able to see you and you may be charged for the  appointment.
